LeaseDraft AI is a self-help document formatting tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and the notices it generates are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your state. You are responsible for reviewing your notice before using it and for confirming it fits your specific situation.
What you're buying
For a one-time $9 payment, you receive a formatted legal notice document and an accompanying Proof of Service affidavit, generated based on the details you provide and current statutory requirements for the state you select. There is no subscription — you are only charged once per document.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your notice, email leasedraftai@proton.me within 7 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Accuracy
For California, Texas, Florida, Ohio, and most New York notice types, the statutory citation, notice period, and day-counting deadline in your notice are computed from a researched, sourced rules table, not generated by the AI from scratch. The one exception is New York's "Cure or Quit" notice, which has no statewide statute of general applicability behind it — that specific notice type is currently drafted by the AI using general legal research and has not been independently statute-verified the same way (the wizard discloses this before you generate it). In all cases, laws change and every situation is different — you should independently verify any statutory citation, deadline, or day-counting calculation before relying on it, especially for anything filed in court.
Acceptable use
Don't use LeaseDraft AI to generate notices containing false statements, to harass a tenant, or in a manner that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service.
